Inside Sales Representative

Etransmedia Technology Inc. is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative who is upbeat, and has experience in developing and maintaining relationships with both services and software customers. Day to day, the representative will be prospecting warm calls and referrals to establish relations to sell service and software packages to healthcare providers. The representative is expected to work with the executive team on account strategy and tactical methods to increase market share while focusing on providing top of the line customer service. The representative will have about 70% phone contact, 20% email and 10% customer visits. Occasional domestic travel may be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for achieving revenue quota, pipeline forecast, and customer satisfaction
• Own, qualify and develop opportunities passed from marketing, and business development representatives
• Resolve post-sale administrative issues for Customer
• Provide customer feedback to management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years experience in account management/inside sales

· Experience in telephone sales or business development with proven track record of achieving revenue quota

· Experience selling a technical solution to an IT and/or healthcare audience

· Experience in company where sales training has been provided

· Ability to communicate well

· Bachelor’s Degree required
