Director of Sales

This role includes the responsibility to sell etransmedia’s BPO services to the Healthcare, Financial, Insurance, and Legal Industries. This role is highly instrumental in our new product introduction efforts. Typical work includes understanding customer needs, communicating effectively to address those needs, and negotiating contracts.

Requirements

Responsible for acquiring, expanding, and maintaining a territory of national and International named accounts. Calls on accounts, provides service information and/or present demonstrations of how the solution will meet client's needs. Ensures ongoing customer service, provides appropriate prices, and closes sales. Responsible for building account strategy and executing successfully to the plan. Works with customer contacts ranging from mid-level management to senior level executive to define needs and solutions.

• Experience with service-based solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptable to entrepreneurial work environment
