Quality Assurance Professionals

The QA Supervisor’s role is to verify and ensure the quality of the transcripts produced by the transcriptionists. This role is very essential for maintaining the high level of quality work that clients expect from etransmedia. Typical job responsibilities include understanding and defining customer templates and quality requirements, generating instructions, templates and checklists for transcriptionists, proof reading all work produced by them and interacting with customers for quality feedback and addressing any concerns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess quality needs of new and existing clients
• Create templates, instruction manuals and checklists for transcriptionists.
• Proofread work of transcriptionists and help in improving their quality and productivity.
• All other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in technical writing
• 3+ years experience in medical transcription
• Experience with client interaction and prior supervisory positions
