Get the process started by creating a ticket for non urgent issues. Log in to the eSupport Website @  http://etransmedia.helpserve.com
First time visit requires a brief registration. The eSupport site allows you to open a ticket, review history and check the status of open tickets.

When you contact us, please have the following information ready:

  • Your Customer ID or Practice Name
  • Nature of the problem
  • When the problem last occurred
  • Any error messages or pop-up messages received
  • Contact information for us to call/email you
