What is etransmedia's Quality Assurance Philosophy?
Our single greatest promise to our clients is that of high
quality. It is quality that distinguishes us and we strive to do better
on a continued basis.
To ensure that quality levels are met at all stages and
delivered to the client on a solid, consistent basis, our quality
assurance personnel and production teams work in tandem. We have designed
the most thorough and the most stringent internal quality processes.
These enable us to build quality into all our solutions and ensure that
it is transferred directly to our customers.
We employ best practices at all levels of analysis,
design and production of our solutions. Daily/Weekly updates on quality
requirements are provided to all team members and are documented
meticulously. Quality assurance and productivity requirements are
accessible to all team members via the etransmedia technology Intranet
and our Information Management System. Team leads and managers use these
tools to maintain high levels of service and efficiency. Individual
coaching and feedback is also available to all team members and training
schedules are provided for continual improvement.

recertification based on identified needs
- Shadow processing (every
activity monitored by team leads or mentors for the first 6 weeks)
