etransmedia and Transksrit LLC Merger Complete

Troy, NY and York, PA – July 28, 2004 - etransmedia technology, Inc. has completed its merger with Transkrit, Inc., a leading provider of medical transcription services in the Eastern and Central PA region. The merger will leverage the two companies’ healthcare expertise and managerial talent to enhance the industry leading service that both etransmedia and Transkrit provide. In addition, Transkrit clients will now be able to benefit from etransmedia’s broader range of high-quality healthcare solutions.

etransmedia founders Vikram and Vikash Agrawal will manage the combined company. Transkrit founder Jane Herrold will stay on as an advisory board member.

“We are extremely excited about this merger” said Vikash, “it will allow both our companies to benefit not only from each others’ experience, but from economies of scale as well.” Vikram added “Jane has a wealth of experience in the healthcare field; we welcome her to our organization.” Jane agreed, “etransmedia has an incredible amount of technological expertise to supplement their business solutions, and we are eager to benefit from their technical proficiency. I am sure our clients will be eager to learn about etransmedia’s other healthcare solutions as well.”

etransmedia and Transkrit will retain their current names and will continue operating in their current locations. Day-to-day operations will continue without interruption or compromised reliability. The merger will not disrupt customer service or the obligations of either company.
