Two new customers in Pennsylvania for Etransmedia

February 10, 2008, Troy NY – etransmedia announced in early February that two practices in Pennsylvania have benefited by signing long-term contracts with etransmedia for its hosted Practice Management solutions.

A reputed chemotherapy and oncology group in Pittsburgh, PA had been working on a legacy system purchased almost a decade ago. Barring the ability to print claim data, the system did not allow the practice to perform any practice management functions. Etransmedia led the practice through a process of solution discovery and tailored a hosted Practice Management solution for the practice. Upon successful completion of customization and training of their hosted system, the practice now performs all management and healthcare administrative functions electronically.

In the second case, an established family and internal medicine group located in eastern Pennsylvania recently split from their larger group. They had very rigorous requirements for a new Practice Management system. They compared several leading systems before finally deciding that etransmedia's hosted solution fit their needs the best. The practice indicated that the combination of hosted services, training and support services offered by etransmedia is unique and was most instrumental in their decision of working with etransmedia.
