etransmedia announces acquisition of leading mid-Atlantic

medical billing company
 

January 6, 2005, Troy, NY - etransmedia is delighted to announce the acquisition of Advanced Medical Billing (AMB).  AMB has provided high-quality revenue cycle management solutions to the healthcare industry since the early 1990's.
 

This acquisition allows etransmedia to begin serving AMB's current client base in New Jersey. etransmedia eagerly anticipates providing transcription and document management solutions to AMB's existing revenue cycle management clients, and is aggressively seeking organic growth.
 

The newly acquired company will be run by etransmedia's management team, with Vikram Agrawal, President and CEO, and Vikash Agrawal, Chairman, providing assistance and strategic oversight.
This acquisition provides a number of benefits for etransmedia, including: proven, reliable revenue cycle management experience and infrastructure, increased east coast presence, and an extremely valuable client base from which to pursue further cross-selling opportunities.
