etransmedia announces acquisition of Long Island-based transcription firm.

June 5, 2007, Troy NY - etransmedia Technology Inc. is proud to announce its recent acquisition of Mid Island Transcription LLC (MIT), based in Long Island, NY. Mid Island Transcription has provided high quality and reliable transcription services to over 30hospitals and medical practices spread throughout Long Island for more than 15 years.

With this latest acquisition, etransmedia is now poised to offer its services to an expanded east coast client base, and is also in a position to provide MIT's existing customers with an even higher level of service. Combining the experience of MIT's staff and the proven track reliability of etransmedia will allow us to continue to meet any and all expectations.

The newly acquired company will be run by etransmedia's management team and will add on many of MIT's existing employees. These roles will allow them to provide strategic advice, as well as offer their invaluable experience in the field. This acquisition also provides etransmedia with a number of benefits, including: proven, reliable transcription services and an excellent foothold to offer services to new clients.
