etransmedia partners with prominent Pennsylvania Family Practice.

June 5, 2007, Troy NY - etransmedia is extremely proud to announce its latest partnership with a well-established family practice located in Pennsylvania.

Before beginning its relationship with etransmedia, the practice suffered from a typical problem that many small facilities face: a high patient load coupled with minimal support staff. While revenues were at an above-satisfactory level, the costs associated with the current management system were deemed unacceptable. Also complicating matters was the large amounts of paperwork generated by the most routine tasks, such as scheduling appointments.
