etransmedia signs exclusive agreement with leading primary care and internal medicine practice

June 7, 2005, Troy NY - etransmedia is delighted to announce the signing of an exclusive agreement with a leading primary care and internal medicine practice. This practice recently upgraded to a new electronic medical record (EMR) solution, and found that their former biller was unable to interface with their new system. Formerly, the practice mailed billing information to the biller weekly. When the practice adopted a new EMR and went 'paperless' it quickly became burdensome to print billing information and send it through the mail. The former biller lacked the technological and operational expertise needed to provide billing services to this practice.
