May 25, 2005, Troy, NY - etransmedia is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive service contract with a premiere family physicians practice in central Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. This exceptionally busy practice of 17 physicians was understaffed and unable to find suitable staffing at a reasonable cost. In addition, they were relying on out-of-date and inefficient dictation and transcription tools. etransmedia provided this practice with an analogue to digital voice capture solution which immediately helped them improve turn around time, as well as protect against backlog and overflow. etransmedia eliminated their staffing dilemma and helped them reduce costs by providing services on an "as needed" basis.
