Etransmedia merges with Philadelphia-based Strategic Medical Services

September 22, 2008, Troy NY – Etransmedia Technology announced merger with Philadelphia-based Strategic Medical Services. Strategic MS, a reputed local company, has been providing Revenue Cycle Management services for over a decade.

The merger provides Etransmedia with a strong foot-hold in the important Philadelphia, PA market which is one of the most lucrative Healthcare services market in the US.

Etransmedia expects that its considerable expertise in process-engineering and technology will provide customers at Strategic MS higher quality services. Etransmedia also hopes to benefit from selling other services in addition to RCM to this customer base.
